Called about a complaint that occurred on March 3, 2014. Tried to appropriate information and the unknown female rep hang the phone up on.
She could not answer anything I wanted to know why no follow up call or e-mails have not been made too me. I pay my bill on time every month and was treated like CACA, The rep could care less and was laughing at me. Valero states that they are customer service oriented, which is a complete LIE. The rep could care less if I continue to do business with Valero or not.
Very RUDE! What a bunch of Jerks!
